ShipReady ("we", "our", "us") is a Shopify application. This policy explains how we handle your data.

What data we access

ShipReady accesses your Shopify product data, including product titles, descriptions, HS codes, country of origin, weight, barcodes, and product status. This data is accessed through the official Shopify API.

How we use your data

Your product data is used solely to run shipping compliance scans and display results within the app. We analyze your product catalog in real time to identify missing or incomplete shipping data.

Data storage

We do not store your product data on our servers. Each scan processes data in real time, and results are not retained after your session ends.

Data sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party.

Data deletion

Uninstalling ShipReady removes our access to your store data. No data remains after uninstallation.
